Subject Tighten screws inside of IGBT UNIT

There are report of IGBT broken caused by loosen screw of fuse in the IGBT UNIT.

[Phenomenon]
Screws inside IGBT UNIT are loosen by quakes of transport.
At the result, IGBT break when Xray operation.
[affected model]
All HighVoltage Generator will be installed near future.
Reported device is (X)UD150B-30/L-30 only , but the cause is quakes of transport.
So, all generator is applicable.
However, this problem is already measured after shipping July,2003.

The screw at fuse of IGBT is changed from “M6/Length10” to “M6/Length12/washer”.
[treatment method]
Before installation, tighten screws inside of IGBT UNIT in tightly and check the fixing.

Check the fixing all screws

of brass terminal.
