iv Design, liaison with authority, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, SEDA Malaysia

Terms and Conditions
Prices : Quoted price is inclusive tax and port handling
Delivery : 6-10 Weeks from date of Purchase Order
Payment Terms : Commitment fee RM 300 (Processing and documentation for NEM quota application)
60% Payment for preliminary works, liason with authority & procurement.
35% Payment upon completion of installation works.
5% Payment after testing and commissioning.

* Kindly note that the quotation includes max. of 20 metres of 6mm DC cable per string, max. 60 metres
of 10 mm AC cable and max. of 12 metres of 6 mm AC cable.
* Any additional machinery and(or) cables/accessories for special wiring type required will be charged
to the client.
* Commitment fee (CF) will be deducted from final payment. In case of cancellation made by client due to
invalid reason, the CF is not refundable
