Dear Ma’am,

I am writing this letter to inform you that my child, Chriza Mae Dando, was
unable to attend school on April 22, 2024 due to a mandatory visit to the clinic.

2 weeks ago our neighborhood dog accidentally bit her and as a precautionary measure,
we had to take her to the clinic for a vaccine and medical examination. We understand
the importance of regular attendance, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by
her absence. We will ensure that my child catches up on any missed activities promptly.
