Professional Skills
- abilities that can help you succeed in your job.
- it describes a habit, personality trait or ability that positively affects your performance in the workplace.

Two Types of Skills


1. Soft Skills
- non-technical skills that relate to how you work.

Importance of Soft Skills:


a. It is used everyday at work.
b. Needed for interactions with other people.

Examples:

2. Hard Skills
- abilities that let you tackle job-specific duties and responsibilities.
- focused on specific tasks and processes such as the use of tools, equipment or software.
