To ensure smooth and efficient operations, our management team will be composed of professionals
with a wide range of skills and expertise. As the general partner, (Caleb), will take responsibility for the
day-to-day operations, long-term planning, and financial well-being of the company. Each limited partner
will bring their own specialized abilities to different areas of the business, contributing to its overall
success.

Tasloach, Emily, Naji, and Augusto are limited partners. They will work closely with Caleb. Together, we'll
make key decisions and keep the business running smoothly. Our roles in the management team are
already set. Naji will be responsible for operation planning, Emily will be responsible for operation
processes, Augusto will be responsible for facility site selection in terms of size and layout capacity
planning, Tasloach will be responsible for answering inquiries, but each partner has skills we'll use. Their
backgrounds are diverse. We'll use their expertise in areas like marketing, operations, and customer
relations.

Every member of a team is an entirety, and they all work together to create goals and directions for any
consumer related challenges that might emerge in the environment. To promote unity, cooperation, and
free interaction between each other is our strategy on leadership, which will also contradict with senior
digital literacy because it will promote digital empowerment.

5. Strengths and weaknesses of group members:

Caleb (General Partner): Strong in leadership and business strategy but may lack expertise in technology
education and customer service.

Tasloach, Emily, Naji, and Augusto (Limited Partners): Bring diverse skills, including technology
proficiency, marketing, finance, and operations, but may lack experience in managing a business or
working with seniors.

External support needed:

Technology Education Experts: To Improve our expertise in teaching seniors.

Senior Care Advisors: To understand seniors' needs better.

Legal and Financial Advisors: For compliance and financial planning.

Marketing Agencies: To develop effective strategies targeting seniors.

Technical Support Providers: For backup technical assistance beyond our expertise.

6. Our "Easy Access" staff initially consists of four people: Caleb and three partners (Augusto, Naji, etc.).
As the business expands, six more people will be hired next year: technology teachers (3), administrators
(2) and technology expert (1). Teachers show older people new technological developments.
Administrators manage clients, operations. A technology expert solves computer problems. Those roles
help our business run smoothly.

Our team members will receive a fair wage of $20 to $25 per hour, depending on the position. We will
provide complete training to our employees so that they are up to date in all facets of the company.
About $5,000 will be allocated annually for training, plus an additional $2,500 for team activities. It is key
to incorporate talented people who like to help older people use technology.
