Respected Ma'am & Sir,

Please accept this letter as a formal notification, for I will be unable to attend the class today,
April 4, 2024.

My health is not good enough for me to attend the class. I need to go to an ophthalmologist to
have a checkup regarding my swollen left eye and get new eyeglasses because I accidentally
broke the previous one and needed to get a replacement immediately due to my poor
eyesight.

I humbly apologize for being absent today, and I'll make sure to do my best to manage my
health more responsibly so that I can avoid missing class or other important tasks.
