1 1. Time is the essence of contract. As time is the essence of contract the No No Not Allowed
tenders are to note the Railway required delivery schedule given in tender
schedule & quote accordingly. If firm quotes too late delivery period as
compared to railways delivery period specified in tender schedule their
offer may be considered commercially unresponsive and may be liable to
be ignored. 2. Firm confirm that rates, other financial terms, deviations (if
any) are quoted in the relevant columns of Technical & Commercial
deviations template provided on Techno-commercial offer form. Any other
place it quoted will be ignored firm may note that condition deviating from
the tender condition/description/ specification may tender the offer liable to
be ignored.

any work to a contractor from such countries unless such contractor is
registered with the Competent Authority. I also certify that this bidder will
not offer any products/services of entity from such countries unless such
entity is registered with the Competent Authority. (c) I hereby certify that
this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be
considered. (d) I hereby acknowledge that in the event of acceptance of
my bid on above certificate and if the certificate is found to be false at any
stage, the false certificate would be a ground for immediate termination of
