INTRODUCTION
Best teachers are those who do not stop learning. Learning is not
only about what we learn through books, it is also about what
we learn by our surroundings, and our friends, juniors,
seniors,colleagues etc. peer learning the similar act where we
learn through our colleagues,
to observe them or to ask them. Learn some new and innovative
ideas to teach students.
Peer Observation
It provides an opportunity for teachers or constructive feedback to each receiving feedback on their own teaching
practices, educators can refine their
professionals to observe and learn from other. This feedback can help instructional techniques and better meet
their peers. Observing how others teach or identify strengths and areas for
the needs of their students.

During observation
you may go single or in pair to observe the classes.
In the classroom observation phase one will write whatever happened in the
classroom, what topic covered, students responses, teacher's response, students
behavior in classroom in presence of the teacher.

Post observation
After the classroom observation, next phase is the post observation debrief which should be as soon
as possible. The observer shares what s/he observed in his/her classroom. Also what s/he learns
from your class and what are the possible suggestions to improve the teaching learning process, how
students behave in classroom when s/he wrote on blackboard.
Observer reflects observations in relevance to their own practices.
