We always give all our worship and thanksgiving to God Almighty for His mercy, taufik and
guidance to us as His servants. He is the one who determines who we are and what we will live
in this world until the afterlife.
Work culture exists in every industry and emerges when the environment changes and the
level of competition is very high. Work culture is one of the most important factors in the
success of an industry where it is reflected in the behavior of its employees, the people involved,
and the regulations in the industry. Work culture is the values instilled by an industry
continuously which are expected to advance industrial performance. In everyday life it cannot be
separated from the cultural ties that are created. Cultural ties are created by people interacting
with each other, whether in families, organizations or in business. Culture is what differentiates
one society from another in terms of interacting, behaving and acting in completing a job.
Culture binds groups of people into one unified view in creating uniformity of action or behavior.
Work culture is a habit that is carried out repeatedly by employees in an organization. There is
no strict sanction for violations of this habit, however, from the behavior of the organization
morally it has been agreed that this habit This is a habit that must be adhered to in order to carry
out work to achieve goals. Work culture is behavior that is carried out repeatedly by individuals
in an organization and this becomes a habit in carrying out work. As a group of basic thoughts or
mental programs that can be used to increase work efficiency and human cooperation owned by
a group of people. In basic thoughts or mental programs there are traits, habits and impulses
that are cultivated in a group and are reflected in attitudes into behavior, ideals, opinions, views
and actions that are realized as work.
A basic thought held by individuals in an organization is about competitive capabilities and
how they act. In this belief system to provide added value and customer service in exchange for
financial rewards.
Apart from that, through this Comparative Study activity it is hoped that it will be able to
increase relations and strengthen ties between students, with the hope that in the long term
solid communication can continue to be established and hopefully they will be able to
collaborate in other positive activities. Of course, holding Comparative Study activities is one way
to realize the university's vision and mission so that it can be competitive and have broad insight.
III. BASIS OF ACTIVITIES
Education
An educational foundation is needed in the world of education,
especially in our country, Indonesia, so that the education that
is taking place in our country has a very strong foundation or
footing because education in every country is not the same.

Is it safe to talk about confidential matters in a video conference? With the encryption
function in the video system, video conferencing is very secure. This encryption process
is done automatically at the beginning of the video conference and does not require the
caller to make any adjustments to the system.

- What is the purpose of a conference?

A conference is a meeting or gathering organized to exchange opinions, discuss, or deliberate on


a common issue by deliberation.

- Benefits of Video Conferencing

1. Personal use

helps to smooth non-verbal communication in exchanges and allows participants to develop a


stronger sense of familiarity with individuals or groups of people such as family and relatives.

2. Business sector

increases productivity among employees as well as provides a better way to communicate and
interact with colleagues, partners and customers.

3. Society

exchange news and keep each other informed. Houses of worship can also utilize this
teleconferencing application to continue to worship together or continue to conduct online
recitations.
1. Increase the knowledge of the speakers: This means that attending the conference can
help speakers expand their knowledge and expertise in their respective fields by learning
from other speakers, engaging in discussions, and gaining insights from various
presentations.
2. Helps you stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry: Attending conferences
allows you to stay informed about the latest developments, innovations, and trends in your
industry or field of interest, keeping you ahead of the curve and ensuring you remain
relevant in your profession.
3. Build a network of professional relationships: Conferences provide valuable
opportunities to connect and network with professionals, experts, and peers in your
industry, facilitating the building of professional relationships, collaborations, and

in the conference activities. These certificates may also be useful for professional
development or continuing education purposes

IV. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


The aims and objectives of holding this Comparative Study are as
follows:
1. To inform the audience about the work culture in each
company
2. Open students' insight into the corporate world
3. Preparing trained, educated and competitive human
resources so they can compete and contribute at the national and
international level of the company

V. GOALS
Tri Mitra Karya Mandiri Polytechnic Administration Students in
particular.

VI. FORMS OF ACTIVITY

This activity takes the form of a series of reference activities


related to the company's employee work culture and to describe
the obstacles faced in implementing the company's work culture,
knowing how employee work culture should be implemented and
providing evaluations to correct existing deficiencies and add to
those that did not exist before.
