Cut-Off Criteria:
Gender: Male/Female
Nationality: Indian
Bond or security details or service agreement: Would not have a bond but selected candidates give commitment
for 2 years
Joining: The selected candidates have to join from July/August’ 2024. After the final semester gets over.
Recruitment/Selection Process:
Euronext Solutions | Euronext India Private Limited will follow the following selection procedure while
recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume
and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when
required.
Step 02: Preliminary Online Assessment (To be conducted by recruiting company officials or NextGen Ventures |
Elimination Round).
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Optional | F2F or
Online Mode).
Step 04: Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round | F2F or Online
Mode).
Step 05: Culture fitment / HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round | F2F or
Online Mode).
Step 06: Leadership round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round | F2F or Online Mode).
Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 08: Conditional offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 09: On boarding.
