In addition, training checklists are available to you via the Learning Management System on DGme. These
checklists guide you through the training process, depending on your job role. Checklists for Key Carriers
and Sales Associates can be located by searching “training checklists.” Print these checklists and use
them with your trainer to track your progress.

As a new employee, you will find valuable information on DGme regarding paystubs, benefits, discounts,
employee and safety handbooks/policies, job openings and much more. DGme is an online tool to get
answers to many questions and update your personal information. DGme is accessible from any computer
or mobile device, anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

EMPLOYEE PORTAL

DGme is available at www.DG.com/me, on the computer at work or from the website

www.dollargeneral.com by clicking on the ‘DGme (employee access)’ link at the bottom
of the webpage.

When Prompted for Login Information:

• As a first-time user, click the “Register Now” link and enter your personal information to gain access.
• Your Employee ID can be located on your paycheck stub, or if you are unsure, ask your manager.

BENEFITS AVAILABLE UPON HIRE
Our team members’ health and well-being are valued at Dollar General. You are immediately eligible to enroll in
a variety of programs* to support your total well-being, including Telehealth coverage with $0 copay! To review
your options and enroll within 45 days of your hire date:
1. Log on to DGme.
2. Click “View” next to the "Benefits Enrollment System" link on the homepage.
3. In the Enrollment System, click Main Menu and select Documents to review your Enrollment Guide and
program brochures to learn about your benefit programs.
4. Follow the enrollment prompts to complete your enrollment. The Enrollment System will indicate the
effective date coverage will begin for each enrolled benefit.
5. If enrolled in the Health Plan:
• If adding a spouse or child dependent to your coverage, follow the provided instructions to
upload complete eligibility documentation by the noted deadline. See the Documentation
Guide available on the Enrollment System’s homepage.
• Access DGWell from the DGme homepage to complete your RealAge Test health assessment
*Not all plans qualify as essential health coverage as defined by the Affordable Care Act. Visit healthcare.gov for qualified and affordable medical
coverage options for which you may be eligible.

DGWELL PLATFORM
If enrolled in a Health Plan, DGWell is your go-to place to easily access your benefit resources, complete your
RealAge Test health assessment, and join programs to help you achieve your health and well-being goals.
To register for DGWell:
• Desktop Platform:
o From the DGme homepage, click “View” next to DGWell Platform.
o Click “Register Now” and follow the prompts to set up your account. Please note, you will
receive an email to verify the email address provided during registration.
• Mobile App:
o Download the Sharecare mobile app.

401(k) RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN

You are immediately eligible to start saving for your future through voluntary payroll deductions. Up to 25%
of your eligible income can be deferred through pre-tax or Roth (after-tax) contributions, subject to IRS
limitations.
Participants may also receive matching contributions after completing one year of eligible service. For more
information, log on to DGme and search Legal Notices to access the Summary Plan Description or to enroll,
click on 401(k) - Voya Financial under the Benefits section of the DGme homepage.
FIND OUT MORE
Individuals eligible to participate in Dollar General Employee Benefits or Retirement Savings program are
entitled to receive important documents that explain the terms of the plans.
Dollar General makes these legally required documents - such as your Summary Plan Description (SPD) -
available electronically from DGme. You have access to DGme from a work or home computer. In
addition, you have a right to request and obtain a paper version of any required document, at no charge,
by contacting HR Shared Services at 1-855-ASK-DGHR.

account or to log in to an existing account,

using a web browser from your computer
or phone or download the DG App.
Once signed up or logged in, you only need
to verify your EID once.
On Your Computer
• Click your Name at the top right
• Click the Employee Info tab
• Type your EID and initials
• Click the Save Changes button

On the DG App
• Tap on More in the bottom right
• Tap on My Account
• Tap the Employee Info tab
• Type your EID
• Tap the Save Changes button.
