Making the goal SMART help all of us to understand exactly what we are expected to deliver.

For Example

Marketing set a team Goal - Grow international brand awareness – links to goal category
Product Superiority but isn’t SMART.

The Social Media Manager for example needs to make their own SMART goal

To demonstrate my success at increasing international brand awareness, my goals for my video


marketing campaign will be

a) 10% of all form submissions come from outside the U.S within Q1
b) an increase in engagement from Spanish-speaking customers by 5% within 6 months.
