Two years ago, I experienced a car crash in which my mom was rear-ended while me

and my brother were trying to get into the car. The person was completely looking down at their
phone while driving which caused this accident. I know this accident was their fault because they
weren’t paying attention and my moms car was parked for a few minutes while I left the
building. This would show two of the commandments, All accidents are preventable and Asses
the risks. People on the road are also responsible for themselves and for everyone else driving
with them. They weren’t being proactive about safety or being prepared / looking at the road in
order to avoid this.
