● You will greet and try to engage each new fan in a max of 15 min after they subscribe to

should I call you by something else?

● Have a break between sending messages. We really want to make customers believe
that we are doing that live. Chat a few more messages at least (5-10 messages) before
sending the next video. Basically if the video is 5 min you should wait 5 min before
sending it. Maybe short

● Especially at the start of your shift please check the first 50 conversations for the
conversations that don’t have a new message but the last message was sent by the fan.
That means we did read the message but didn’t reply. This might happen by mistake
when the shifts are changing (the previous chatter reads the message but didn’t had the
time to reply before the end of the shift so the next chatter should take care of it)

● Please use uppercase at the start of your message. Avoid using shorthands (use “you”
not “u”, use “right now” not rn)

● You are not doing sales. Your job is not to sell sexy content. Your job is to build
relationships with customers. If you are able to have really good conversations with
customers without selling anything that’s actually very good and you are doing your job.

● The customers are here nevertheless to see more, so they are going to request more
when they are horny. You just give what they want for money

● A good analogy: think of you as working as a clerk in a grocery store. When a customer
comes to you and wants to buy bread, you just give the bread to the customer and the
customer gives you the money. You don’t have to sell it.

● When sending the paid videos avoid writing a very long caption. We are not selling here,
we just give the content they request for money. You don’t have to sale the bread you
just give it to the customer

● If the customer starts to be unhappy during a sexting session (for example just texted to
you "I gotta be careful how much I spend. I've spent a couple hundred") you stop
sending paid videos and continue chatting. Basically we give them videos for money
when they want them, we stop giving them videos for money when they no longer want
them. Easy as that.

● If the customer spends more than 50$ during a sexting session, send some free content
at the end (like 1-3 photos). Even if you didn’t manage to finish it i.e (the subscriber said
that he no longer has any money to spend)

● The sexting script prices are not fixed. As a general rule if you don’t have your sense for
how much you can sell each video try looking at how fast they buy them. If they are
really fast on that you can go with higher prices for the following videos, if they are slow
on buying them then you should go with lower prices*. Note, depending on the content
there are certain price ranges that a video must stay in. For example, 1 min masturbation
video shouldn’t be sold for under 30$.

● After each sexting session you should talk with the customer for at least 15-30 min (and
maybe more if the customer is really chatty)

● As a general rule after a sexting session we will avoid doing any sexting for 2 days. In
order to achieve that you will add the date of the last sexting session in their name. We
want to build lasting relationships and not take from them a lot of money in a very short
timeframe and then lose them.

● Each customer that spends over 100$ should be added to the VIP list and added “VIP”
in their name. They will get special treatment.

● They are excluded from mass messages AND Mass PPVs. You will manually go over
the customers from the list and send them a personalized message when trying to
engage.

● They have priority when chatting over regular customers, except when you are in the
middle of a sexting session with other subscribers.

● A customer loses their VIP status whenever we start a sexting session with them and
they don’t pay at least 25$ without giving a really good reason
