situated at M. G. Road, Tal. Gandevi, Dist. Navsari, Gujarat State,
India
The above-mentioned property has been running on our name as
joint holder in Government/City Survey Record.

The land bearing 21-12 Sq.Mt. paiky ( પૈ કી ) above mentioned property

has been acquired by Government for service road from Chimodiya naka
to M. G. Road, under construction of Railway overbridge in leu of
I.C.No.109.

If the Government will give the compensation amount to PRADIPBHAI

JAYANTILAL MEHTA joint holder of the above-mentioned land/property,
(HAVING POWER OF ATTORNEY ALSO) for acquisition of the above land,
then we have no objection and we declare that we will not arise any
dispute in future about that.
