Sub: Intimation about resuming the construction of building in the land

bearing H.No.12-14-351( PTIN No.1191217534), land admeaasuring
23.77.Sqds. Situated at lalapet Presently known as Vinobha  Nagar, Circle-29,
Secundrabad Zone, Marredpally Mandal, Hyderabad District- Telangana as per
the Common order dt: 28.11.2022 in W.P No. 20398 of 2021 and requesting
protection of Life and Liberty of Senior Citizen and their Property under Senior
Citizen Act, 2007 .

Respected Sir, 

I, KOTA ASHOK KUMAR,  S/o. K RAMULU; Senior citizen aged about 56 years ,
Occ: Business, R/o. H.No. 12-14-351, Vinoba Nagar, Lalapet, Secunderabad –
500 017, T.S.,

1. I submit that I filed a W.P No. 42815 of 2022 before the Hon’ble High Court
of Telangana for the Revocation of the letter dt: 04.07.2022, the same was
allowed in my favour by passing a common order dt: 28.11.2022 stating to set
aside the Revocation order Dt: 04.07.2022.

The Copy of the Judgement is enclosed herewith.

2. I submit that since the above stated Revocation order was set aside by the
Hon’ble Court, I resumed the construction of the Building on dt: 05.01.2023
with prior intimation to the GHMC as per the Common Order dt: 28.11.2022 in
W.P No. 20398 of 2021 (W.P No. 42815 of 2022) and batch, dt: 13.12.2021
passed by the Hon’ble High Court but due to undue influence and illegal
interference of 1. S.Venkatesh Goud s/o late Rajiah and 2. S. Srinivas Goud
s/o Late Rajiah. The Same was informed to the O.U PS, before the Police had
arrived, the above mentioned people with their henchmen’s assaulted me and
my family members brutally and stopped the construction. 

The Henchmen taking advantage of me and my wife being senior citizens,

thrashed us severely wherein my wife became unconscious. The Henchmen
also strangulated my younger son and threatened him that he would be
murdered.

3. The constructions was stopped and a complaint No. ---- was registered

against the above people in the O.U Police station. I requested the PS to grant
protection for the same but even after the interference of Police, 1. S.Venkatesh
Goud s/o late Rajiah and 2. S. Srinivas Goud s/o Late Rajiah threatened us
that they would kill me and my family. After informing the said situation to the
Police, the Police failed to consider our request and denied giving us protection
and informed us to wait to till Monday (today 09.01.2023) and start the
construction from tomorrow (10.01.2023).

Thus I resume the construction in the above mentioned property as we have all
the documents to substitute our claim and the copies are enclosed herewith.
Hence, I request the Respected Department to grant us protection to resume
the construction peacefully.
