Chef Employment Agreement

KONTRAKKERJA-1/2023/003

Head Chef Agreement is entered into on 1 Desember 2023, by HOME MANAGEMENT and
between HOME HEAD CHEF, located at Sriwedari Ubud, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten
Gianyar, Bali 80571, and Luh Ayu Trisnayanti, located at Penutukan, Tejakula, Banjar Dinas
Batulumbang

1. Position and Duties

The Employee is employed as a chef and will perform the following duties:

● Prepare menus, meals, and beverages for the Employer and its guests, customers, and
clients.
● Plan and develop recipes for various dishes, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
● Monitor the inventory of food supplies and equipment.
● Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to food safety and sanitation
standards.
● Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

2. Compensation

● The Employee's compensation for the services provided under this Agreement will be Rp
8.000.000 per month. The Employee will be responsible for all taxes on this income.
● Salary Increases: The Employer will review the Employee's performance and may
consider salary increases, as appropriate. Salary increases are not guaranteed and shall
be at the discretion of the Employer.
● Salary Payments: The salary shall be paid to the Employee on a monthly basis, direct
deposited into their designated bank account.
● Deductions: The Employer may deduct from the Employee's salary amounts required by
law, such as income tax, social security, and Medicare.
● Termination and Final Payment: In the event of the termination of the Employee's
employment, the Employer shall pay the final salary owed to the Employee in
accordance with state and federal law.
● Other Benefits: Employee agrees to abide by all Company policies related to employee
benefits, including but not limited to vacation time, health insurance, and retirement
benefits.
Employee shall be entitled to the following benefits :
a. Health insurance or BPJS, as offered by the Employer.
b. Paid vacation days of up to 12 days per year
c. Paid sick leave of up to 12 days per year

3. Term

This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect until terminated by
either party.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with written notice to the other party at
least 12 days before the termination date.

5. Confidentiality

The Employee agrees to keep all confidential information of the Employer, including business
plans and financial data, confidential. The Employee agrees not to disclose any such
information to any third party without prior written consent from the Employer.

6. Non-Competition

The Employee agrees not to work for any competitor of the Employer for a period of 1 year after
the termination of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
Any legal action arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts located
in Indonesia.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior
or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral. This
Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing and signed by both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
