2.0 Civil engineering projects are costly and involve various resources like men,
materials, machinery, time and money. Therefore these projects need to be
efficiently managed to utilize the resources to the optimum so that they are
completed at least cost and within stipulated time duration. Civil engineers at the
site and office are responsible to manage the projects efficiently.

of Construction Management is to control a project's time, cost and quality
