As a lifelong learner, I always desire to acquire new skills to become a better version of
myself. However, the skills I want to learn do not stay the same, as what I like depends a
lot on my mood at certain times. Right now, I am really into learning how to dance. What
ignited my interest in taking dance lessons not only stemmed from my love for dancing in
the first place but also because of the advantages it may bring me. Firstly, dancing is
such a perfect way for me to resist, reduce and escape stress. Another benefit of dancing
would be to improve my physical strength. Dancing means that you have to move your
body a lot. Hopefully, in the upcoming time, I will be able to arrange my overall schedule
for some dance lessons. It would be great to be immersed in music and dancing.

There are many delicious dishes in Vietnam, but one of my favorite dishes is Banh
Mi which originated from Ho Chi Minh City. Banh Mi called “Vietnamese Sandwich” is
the most popular street food in Vietnam because of its convenience, deliciousness and it
is full of nutrients. Banh Mi is a unique French-Vietnamese sandwich that’s great for
when you’re in need of a quick meal. The components of Vietnamese Sandwich are very
diverse such as pork, fried eggs, pate, cucumber, green onion, butter and chili sauce. All
of these create a unique flavor of this dish. Today, Vietnamese Sandwich is not only
common in Ho Chi Minh City, but it is also very popular in other cities in Vietnam.
People can buy this dish very easily on the Vietnamese streets. I am a huge fan of this
dish and I can eat it everyday. With its reputation, Banh mi is considered to be the essence
of Vietnamese cuisine.

Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional foods. The most delicious and typical
brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice
noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, it’s better
when added with bean sprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese
tradition but also creates a cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to
a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are
two main kinds of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are
delicious and high in nutrients. Pho is the favorite food of almost all Vietnamese and
often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in the international market for its
pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really like the
taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it.

Shopping is my hobby. so I often spend my free time doing shopping. I used to buy
clothes from various stores, from small ones to shopping malls. But now I am really
interested in buying clothes from a store called “ABC” that is about 1 km away from my
home.

Since I Knew this store, I often go there twice or three times a month to get my beautiful
