Pleasing Appearance

There's an undeniable element of professionalism associated

Courtesy
The cornerstone of courtesy in the classroom, I discovered, was
active listening. It wasn't just about waiting for a student to finish
speaking before responding. It was about truly giving them my
undivided attention, making eye contact, and acknowledging
their contributions, whether a well-articulated answer or a shy
whisper. This simple act of courtesy fostered a sense of value,
encouraging participation and creating a space where every
voice mattered. Courtesy wasn't just for students; it extended to
my fellow educators as well. Observing my mentor, Ma’am
Vibal, interact with colleagues was a masterclass in respectful
communication. Whether offering constructive feedback or
simply thanking a teacher for their help, her courtesy instilled a
sense of collaboration and mutual respect in the staffroom,
fostering a positive learning environment for everyone, both
students and teachers.

Industriousness and Reliability

Industriousness, the unwavering dedication to hard work, is the
engine that drives learning forward. Witnessing my mentor teacher,
Ms. Vibal, meticulously craft engaging lesson plans late into the
evening ignited a spark in me. It highlighted the dedication required
to create an environment where students not only learn, but thrive.
This industriousness extended beyond lesson planning constant
effort to stay updated on new teaching methods, her willingness to
spend extra time with struggling students, and her relentless pursuit
of creating a well-rounded learning experience. This dedication
serves as an inspiration, reminding me of the commitment
necessary to be an effective educator.Reliability, the unwavering
ability to be counted on, is the anchor that keeps a classroom
steady. Students need to know their teacher will be there, prepared,
and ready to guide them on their educational journeyconsistently
following through on promises, or offering a listening ear to students
experiencing difficulties, her dependability fostered a sense of
security and trust within the classroom.
