1. Countries and nationalities are written on the board. Pupils are
called out at random to write the nationality beside the correct
countries.

Lesson delivery:
2. Pupils copy the table from textbook page 7 or they can just answer
orally.
3. Explain to pupils that they will listen to three descriptions and ask
LEARNING them to tick one of the three pictures based on what they hear.
4. A listening task sheet is given out to pupils. / Pupils copy the table
OUTLINES
into their exercise books.Teacher says the clue and pupils tick the
correct answer.

Post-lesson:
5. Pupils play the ‘Bomb game’. Each group is given a country name.
6. Teacher draw lots to determine the first group to start.
For example: KOREA BOMB, KOREA BOMB, KOREA BOMB, BARAZIL
BOMB.The group that does not respond fast is disqualified.
7. Ask pupils to introduce themselves a shorter version of their names.
Then, ask pupils to think of adjective to add to their name.

Pre-lesson
1. Teacher asks a few questions in past tense and randomly calls out pupils
to answer.

Lesson delivery:
2.Pupils refer to textbook page 28 and look for questions that are in past
tense form.
3. Pupils share their answers and are called out to write the sentences on
LEARNING OUTLINES the board.
4. Pupils are briefed on punctuations (use of comma, full stop and
apostrophe and word order in writing questions in past tense).
5.Puplils take note on Puntuations.
6. Pupils refer to Activity 3 in textbook page 29. Pupils copy the questions
into the exercise books and answer them based on the story.
