Dear Graduates,

Greetings!
On behalf of the Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Leyte, may I humbly express my
warm congratulations to our dear graduates for reaching this significant milestone in
your life, amidst of the unprecedented challenge on your quest for quality learning
posed by Covid-19 pandemic. I am proud of you!
Our beloved Municipality needs graduates who will commit to uphold and enhance the
best of what it has to offer despite of whatever obstacles we will be facing. Our Country
in general, needs graduates who are as patriotic as they are competent, highly-skilled
and innovative.
Education is a continuing journey towards self-actualization. The world outside the four
corners of your classroom is filled with opportunities and challenges, and they are
waiting for you. As you move closer to your aspirations, let your moments of victory
serve as an inspiration for others and your moments of defeat be your motivation to
work harder and to do more not only for yourself but also for others.
Put this in mind, our Almighty God has a mighty plan for you and He has created you to
accomplish great and wonderful things. Anchor your trust on Him and He will lead you
all the way to successful life.
Further, may I also express my commendation to your School Officials/Staff and
Teachers for being resilient and committed to uphold the quality of education despite of
the extraordinary battle they fought unknown to men. You did a great job. My salute to
