I was an active member of my school,
participating in various different committees,
unofficially helping new hires, and being and
active part of my PLC. 7/16/23

This year, our school went through a staff wide

training using Jon Gordon's Power of Positive
Leadership Trainings. Our school has been
intentionally practicing how we can create more
positive learning and working environments for both
our staff and students. I have been utilizing what I
have learned in these trainings and been intentionally
practicing positive and productive interactions with
my colleagues this year. (12/10/23)

See above evidence, our school continues to use the

POPL training, and we revisit the information during
monthly staff meetings, helping to ensure healthy
communication and collaboration with colleagues.
