Bitter Gourd Salad

PROCEDURE
1. Wash, and then slice the bitter gourd into bite sizes. (Should
also wash and slice the tomatoes and red onions.)
2. Use salt rub over the sliced bitter gourd, then let it stay for
half-hour. (This step is optional, depending on the preferred
taste.)
3. After 30 minutes, remove the salt by washing the bitter gourd
with running water. (Remember to drain the excess liquid, okay?)
4. In a bowl, combine vinegar and ground black pepper (then stir),
then put-in the sliced vegetables, and mix well. (You can also add
optional ingredients such as sugar and a little salt, depending on
your preferred taste.)
5. Then serve it immediately as a side dish to your favorite fried
foods (like fried fish)!
