the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

▪ Picture / figure any related equipment and measurement instruments used
▪ Information and function for each equipment and measurement instruments
➢ Measurement instruments that related to the task (E.g; steel ruler, Vernier
caliper, centre gauge, L square)

▪ A clear information of how the procedure was performed
▪ Explain the process of the task from the beginning until to the last process
include the relevant figure of the procedure
