Short course description (max. 150 words)

French courses are designed for UNITA students who have already
acquired a basic knowledge of French (level A1) and would like to
go a step further (towards A2)

French courses are designed for UNITA students who have already
acquired a B1 level in French and would like to go a step further
(towards B2)

Business French : at this level, learners can use their business vocabulary
skillfully and correctly depending on the context and register. The aim of
this course is to expand vocabulary in order to communicate appropriately
and with nuance in a wide variety of situations and to express oneself
effortlessly on a lexical and morphosyntactic level. More complex sentence
structures are developed and consolidated.

Business French : This course aims to actively use the basics of French
already acquired in a professional context. The focus is on business
meetings and everyday work topics. Different company structures,
departments and the predominant linguistic registers (formal and informal
communication) are also covered.

This course is a beginner French course. A1 level corresponds to an

elementary user level. 30 hours will allow you to make part of this level
which is an introductory/ discovery level.
Examples of themes you will study : presenting yourself, leisures, eat &
food, moving around, buying and going out... For more details, check an
example of the syllabus !

This course is a B1 intermediate French course. 30 hours will allow

you to make part of this level. The B1 level corresponds to an
independent user level (threshold level).

The Romanian language course offers an opportunity for the students to

get familiar with the Romanian language in one or two semesters. The
language course is designed in a friendly manner, so that the students have
the possibility to acquire A1-A2 language level in accordance with the
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The study
program focuses on basic vocabulary and grammatical structures,
interactive activities and simple communicative tasks.

Romanian Culture and Civilization/ At the end of this course, students

will be able to: understand the operating concepts and mechanisms specific
to the Romanian culture and civilization; write small texts, adapted to the
target audience and to the communicative purpose.

The Portuguese course for Foreigners,level A1, in online format, is

aimed for those who want to learn Portuguese as well as get
information about Portugal and its culture. The student should be
able to understand and use regular expressions as well as produce
a simple speech like presenting himself and formulate
questions/answers.
