I. Student Development
1. Assisted students in the preparation of their needs for the pre-
test and post- test reading program
2. Counselled students with their behaviors
3. Administered pre test and post test in FLAT and PHILI-IRI
4. Encouraged/Motivated students to participate in school
activities and programs
5. Organized class officers
6. Administered diagnostic, formative, and summative tests
7. Assisted students in the fire and earthquake drills
8. Oriented students in using tumblers for drinking in the
classroom for a specified time.

II. Staff Development

1. Participated in the following:
A. Seminar/Workshop on Estratehiya sa Pagtuturo sa Filipino
(Utilization of the Compendum of PRIMALS Teaching Resources in
Filipino)
2. Served as a demo teacher during the session
3. Served as a Mental Health Coordinator and Filipino Coordinator
4. Served as a secretary of the school

III. Curriculum Development

1. Prepared DLL regularly
2. Used ICT in teaching
3. Prepared/Constructed diagnostic, formative tests and summative
tests
4. Prepared and accomplished school reading report
5. Assisted/Helped in the making of annual implementation plan
6. Prepared/attended Learning Action Cell session

IV. Physical Development

1. Maintained cleanliness of the school surroundings
