Change to wine red. Embroider belt buckle in brown in the centre of the

Rnd 10 b: Join yarn in black to a front loop of rnd 9 ARMS (MAKE 2)

Strands 3 – 15:

Hair can be sewed or glued to Head.
Attach left side of base, use pins to place the

In white, embroider an anchor on Hat
as illustrated.
SWORD
Using 3 mm hook and brown, make 5 ch + 1 t-ch,
turn.
Row 1: 1 dc into 2nd ch from hook, 5 dc, 8 ch,
1 sl st into first dc.
Fasten off and weave in end.
Join yarn in black with a sl st to last st, 11 ch,
1 sl st into 2nd ch from hook, 9 sl st.
Fasten off and weave in tail.
Sew securely to Arm as illustrated.
EYE PATCH
Rnd 1: In black, working into a magic ring, 6 dc.
Work in a spiral in continuous rnds.
Rnd 2: [1 dc, 2 dc into next st] 6 times. 9 sts.
Rnd 3: 2 sl st, leave rem sts unworked, 50 ch, turn,
1 sl st in 2nd ch from hook.
Fasten off, leaving a long tail.
Sew to Head as illustrated.
