As per the below document we understand profile changed to DEFAULT to EBS_APPS.

We want to understand , can we change the below values from unlimited to limited values
Problem Description

1.You can make whatever changes they require to meet business needs; however, you should test their changes before moving them to
production as the recommended values were already provided below.

2. The issues will depend on your business, but some issues can be users account may expire as per policy or user accounts get locked due to
failed login attempts or will need to change your password on a short time, etc.

3. If you really need to change these values Our recommendation is to test your changes for some time on a Non prod env
