SWOT Analysis
Customer Persona:
SWOT Analysis
Our team also provides a SWOT Analysis based on our observations and
interviews to further support why Big Brew should consider the proposal of building a
website to aid the company’s niche. These tables would help support Big Brew to
identify its strengths and weaknesses along with business opportunities and threats.
Strengths Weakness
Opportunities Threats
Our team has identified that the Big Brew’s pain points is its lack of a website. In
today's digital world, a website is essential for any business that wants to reach a wider
audience and compete with larger competitors. While Big Brew has a number of
strengths and opportunities, the company’s threats are competition from other coffee
shops and cafes, rising coffee bean prices, and an economic downturn. The company
can mitigate these threats by focusing on its strengths and continue to innovate. By
addressing its weaknesses and threats, such as owning a business website, it could
help boost its market, profit, branding, and legitimacy. This could give a new form of
strengths while opening the company to more opportunities that can position Big Brew
for long-term success.
Having a website could also help your company reach more people as it helps
with customer’s service. You can make it easy for customers to find the information they
need. The information in your company’s website can communicate with the customer’s
needs such as your hours of operation, branch location, and contact information.
Proposed Solution
Our team proposes a website for Big Brew that allows your business to be seen
by people and be recognized locally. A website could help build investors and
customer’s trust and credibility, increase brand awareness, and to improve customer
service. It could help generate leads and sales as you can make it easy for potential
customers to get in touch with you and learn more about your business.

Development
Gantt charts can be used to show the start and end dates for each task, as well
as the dependencies between tasks. Our team has provided a Gantt Chart for the
development of Big Brew’s website that will help to achieve the business's goals while
satisfying the customers. Table below is a proposed Gantt Chart, a representation of the
project timeline with tasks listed.
