Technical Report

The estimate amounting to Rs. Only has been framed to cover the probable
cost for R & M of Indira Gandhi Main Canal RD 961 to 1121 and Head cum cross regulator at
RD 1121 of IGMN for the year 2021-22.

To make the payment of diesel for running of generator set installed at head cum
cross regulator, filling of rain cuts, making coffer dam, extracting weeds and other petty
repair works of canal so necessity of this estimate is arises.

In this estimate provision of engaging tractor, hydraulic excavator, supply and filling
and making coffer dam for filling of rain cuts on bank of main canal and hiring charges of
electrician and mechanic for repair of electric appliances and gates and HSD for patrolling of
canal is provided.

The rates provided in this estimate are as per IGNP 2014 and PWD Bsr and rates of
HSD is taken as per current market rate.

The rates and quantity are of this estimate checked in division office

The estimate amounting to Rs. Only has been framed to cover the
probable cost of work for Operation and maintenance of SCADA (Supervisory control and
data acquisition) System for Five Year installed on IGMN, Distributaries and Rajasthan canal
Feeder complete in all respect.

The existing scada system was installed on IGMN during the year 2009-10 which
includes 53 nos. scada stations, 11 field stations, 3 regional station and two master station
initially installation and O&M for five years was given to same farm. Now as the period of
five years O& M is over, Hence necessity to frame this estimate is arises. The O&M rates in
this estimate has been taken @ 108.78 lac per year.

The above project is cleared from DOIT department wide letter no.
f7(180/DOIT/Dept./2014/I/22231/2014 Dated 14.08.2014.

In this estimate provision of contingencies charges @1 % has been taken.

The rates and quantity are of this estimate checked in division office.
