Terms & Conditions:

1. Taxes: GST -18% are inclusive.
2. Soil Analysis, Levels and Topography survey shall be provided by DRAIPL. Any liaison with RUDSICO /
Client shall be done by DRAIPL.
3. Warranty: The design engineering and process design are in adherence with the latest NGT Guidelines for
treated effluent disposal norms. The plant is warranted for period of 25 years of successful operations
subject to standards of civil works.
4. Period of completion:
• BEP design & drawings: 10 days from the placement of offer and acceptance of technology
by RUDSICO and ULB.
• Detailed Engineering Drawings: 15 days from approval of submission of MNIT vetted BEP
drawings.
4. Payment Terms:
a. Design & Engineering:
• 10% advance during work order.
• 20% upon submission of approved Basic Engineering Drawings duly vetted from MNIT.
• 30% upon submission of approved General Arrangement, Pumping head calculations
and Structural/ Construction Drawings duly vetted from MNIT.
• 10% after completion of civil works of HSSCW bed.
• 10% after completion of plantation and other mechanical works of STP.
• 10% after completion of installation and commissioning of STP.
• 10% after 2 months of successful operations of STP.
