Dear Sir/Madam ,

We are writing to express our concerns about the challenges that we have been facing at the
current campus and to request a transfer to another campus of Wolaita sodo university main
campus.

Since our enrollment at this campus, we have experienced various issues that have made it
difficult for us to fully engage in our academic pursuits. These challenges include unfair
treatment, problems with food preparation, and a general lack of respect for students' rights. The
environment at this campus has not been conducive to our learning and personal growth, and we
believe that a change of location would greatly benefit our academic experience.

Through this all problem,we decided to either changing from this campus to main campus or we
will leave the campus peacefully because with this all circumstances,we can't longer be her they
are beyond our capacity.

We have tried to address these issues through the appropriate channels, but unfortunately, they
have not been resolved to our satisfaction. As a dedicated student who are committed to
achieving academic success,we believe that a transfer to main campus would provide us with the
opportunity to thrive in a more supportive and inclusive environment.

We are confident that a change of campus will enable us to fully focus on our studies and
contribute positively to the university community. We kindly request your assistance in
facilitating this transfer process so that we may continue our education at Wolaita Sodo
University without the hindrances we currently face.
