SUBJECT: REPLY ON BEHALF OF VIRAJ MANIK PATIL TO THE

ALLEGED LEGAL NOTICE DATED 04-04-2024 SENT BY THE ABOVE
ADDRESSEE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to acknowledge the receipt of your notice dated 4th April 2024 regarding
the overdue instalment(s) for the TATA Capital Limited Loan Account Number
TCFPL0291000011714585 of Personal Loan, concerning my client, Viraj Manik
Patil.
First and foremost, I want to address any concerns regarding alleged defaults on Viraj
Manik Patil's part. My client denies any accusations of willful default. It's crucial to
emphasize that my client has communicated their financial constraints and inability to
meet outstanding dues through various channels, including prior emails, telephonic
conversations with recovery agents, and other communications.

That my client, Viraj Manik Patil is currently facing significant financial hardships,
including job loss, salary reduction, unexpected medical expenses, business setbacks,
and falling victim to online financial fraud. These challenges have substantially affected
their ability to fulfil financial obligations promptly.

In line with the RBI guidelines, specifically RBI/2005-06/153 RPCD.PLNFS.

BC.No.39 / 06.02.31/ 2005-06, my client is opting for a one-time settlement. They have
formally initiated a request for settlement with TATA Capital Limited Customer Care
and are actively working towards arranging funds for this purpose.

Therefore, I urge you to consider the following points before proceeding with any
further action:

1. Viraj Manik Patil is earnestly attempting to resolve their debt obligations

through a one-time settlement.

2. They have communicated their intention to settle the debt in accordance

with RBI guidelines.

3. Given their financial situation, my client requests relief measures such as a

moratorium, waiver of fines and penalties, and other charges, in alignment
with their capacity to pay.

Moreover, it's imperative to ensure that my client is not subjected to any harassment,
threats, or intimidation by recovery agents. Any violation of RBI guidelines in this
regard will be met with legal recourse.

In conclusion, I request your cooperation in facilitating a fair and reasonable resolution

to this matter. Your prompt attention to this request and adherence to regulatory
guidelines are appreciated.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Sincerely,

Adv. Dev Arora
