Contributions

In this project and in the group assignments so far, the contributions were primarily driven by

the active involvement of two key team members out of five, whose dedication and efforts

significantly propelled the project forward.

Project Libre Assignment: performed by Ana and Aranza. Yashoda joined the team meetings

without active participation. Dimple joined only one meeting. Sajee was absent.

Group Assignment number 1: performed by Ana and Aranza. Sajee provided introduction and

conclusion with artificial generated content. Other 2 team members did not participate and justified

their absence with job and personal commitments. Project Manager constantly insisted on working

together as a team and having meetings in advance without success. Support was provided and

respectful interactions in every moment.

We kindly request grading accordingly. This statement is based on evidence and after doing

the best efforts to involve all members.

Conclusion

As shown in the resources above, the journey to get the PMP certification is wide and it takes

efforts to achieve the proper skills as a project manager. In the Project Charter we showed an

estimated cost and then we demonstrate its proximity with the final costs. Each phase of the project

involves preparation. The study plan in the execution part plays a major role in achieving the

certification. This certification is a representation of trusting the process for granted.
