 Communicate customer complaints all over the factory and provide training to
eliminate the defects and awareness about the severity of the complaint.
 Also Following In-house Calibration of Gauges Such as Plug, Snap & Ring Gauges.

 Also Follow-up External Calibrations for Thread Ring & Thread Plug Gauges

Calibration)
 Solving Problems in Line by Using 7-QC Tools.

 Preparing Corrective Action & Root Cause for Customer Rejection.
