INDIVIDUALISTIC CULTURE – Called for the Western
Culture, focus on the “PERSON”
COLLECTIVISTIC CULTURE – Called for the Asian
Culture, focus on “GROUP AND SOCIAL RELATIONS”

Westerners – loose associations, loyalty to groups


Competition – name of game, straightforward
Eastern or Oriental Person – look after the welfare
