constitute and appoint, ATTY. JULIUS LEONIDA and/ or any lawyer of LEONIDA IBARDOLAZA
SARCENO AND ASSOCIATES, with office address at JGL Building, Acevedo Street, Kalibo, Aklan,
to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following particular acts and things, to wit:
