II. Description (Describe the relevance of the proposed web application and its functionality)
Hotlines With You is an easy access with complete Philippine Emergency Hotline
numbers wherever in the Philippines. To access, all that is needed is an internet
connection. Emergency numbers are absolutely necessary because many unexpected
situations arise. Crimes, robberies, accidents, natural disasters, fires, and many other
situations necessitate immediate action. This is proposed to help people to know the
appropriate hotline to call in case of emergencies. This will provide hotlines of the police,
fire stations, hospitals, veterinary hospitals and clinics, complaint hotline, Bantay Bata,
etc. and will be updated as time pass. An example of this application is when people are
on vacation to a new place or a local tourist encounter accidents and they don’t know
whom to call Everyone will have the emergency hotlines to save lives, stay alive, and
have a chance of survival.

Hotlines With you aims to:
a. Offer complete easy access emergency hotlines wherever in the Philippines.
b. Provide assistance for people in case of emergency especially tourists or travelers
who are new to the place and do not know whom to call.
c. Foster security and safety among people in the Philippines.
IV. Target Users
The target are people who encounter accidents. I also want to target people who have no
or lack knowledge about the emergency hotlines when they encounter such accidents
which are of all ages. This is also applicable to tourists.
