Learning Situation. “How do you feel?

Introduction:
The chosen topic for this learning situation, for primary school (second and third year), is self-awareness and expression of emotions
and feelings. Emotional education is very important since the beginning of life; the correct managing and identification of emotions can
influence in students’ self-confidence, empathy, communication and relation skills and self-awareness. We have plannified four sessions
with different activities which will help the kids explore and learn about feelings, emotions and self-knowledge.

Topic chosen: Emotional and affective education that focuses on self-awareness and expression of emotions and feelings
