URGENT EXPARTE MOTION TO REDUCE BAILBOND

COMES NOW Accused, assisted by the Public Attorney’s Office and unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully moves that:

1. The crime for which the abovenamed accused is charged is a bailable offense and the
bond recommended by the City Prosecutors Office of San Carlos City, Pangasinan is
amount in words (P - numbers) pesos;

2. However, in as much as the abovenamed accused desire to post the required bond for her
provisional liberty, she is incapable of posting the full amount of the recommended bail
considering that she is indigent which is evidenced by her certificate of indigency;1

3. Accused has no intention to abscond after posting the bail fixed by the Honorable Court.

RELIEF

WHEREFORE, in the interest of justice, it is respectfully prayed that the bailbond of the
accused be fixed and reduced from original amount (P) pesos to reduced amount (P) pesos
for her provisional liberty.

A general prayer for equitable reliefs are likewise prayed.
