experience these days. In my point of view, I believe that higher education is a better option for
everyone. This essay will provide some reasons to support my opinion.

First of all, most well-paid jobs require people who have good professional qualifications. A
university degree allows job applicant to further advance their career and manifest their deep
knowledge of a specific field to carry out our given tasks effortlessly. People without a degree are
likely to be looked down to since they have nothing to prove their unique skills in their specialized
field. As an illustration, when many candidates fight for a limited number of vacancies, those with a
university degree would be given priority for the position.

In addition, higher education equips university students with interpersonal and manage skills.
University is a place for them to hone his basic thinking skills in order to understand the role
different departments in the company play, learn how external factor can affect to the company.
Furthermore, a university is a ultimate training ground to promote students’ holistic development in
various aspect of life. This can be seen in their regular interactions with their teachers, peers, and
organizations that have great influences on them.

To summarize, it is undeniable that completing a university brings a lot of advantages in term

of preparing the graduates to be knowledgeable about the job and social skills and for these reasons,
I strongly believe that instead of leaving school to get work experience, students should invest in
higher education as the most ideal way to achieve their goals.
