Scope Management:
In project management, scope is the defined features and functions of a
product, or the scope of work needed to finish a project. Scope involves getting information required to
start a project, including the features the product needs to meet its stakeholders' requirements.
Importance:
Project scope helps to distinguish what is and is not involved in the project and
controls what is allowed or removed as it is executed. Scope management establishes control factors,
that can be used to address elements that result in changes during the lifecycle of the project.
WBS:
A work-breakdown structure in project management and systems engineering is a deliverable-
oriented breakdown of a project into smaller components. A work breakdown structure is a key project
deliverable that organizes the team's work into manageable sections.
Parts:
The inputs of the WBS consist of the project management plan, the project documents,
enterprise environmental factors, organizational process assets, etc. The tools and techniques may
include the decision-making, decomposition of project deliverables, etc.

Schedule Management:
It is a document that details how a project's schedule will be created,
managed, and monitored. Typically, a schedule management plan includes information about the
scheduling methodology that will guide the project and any relevant information about scheduling tools
or processes.
Activity Diagram:
An activity diagram is a behavioral diagram i.e., it depicts the behavior of a
system. An activity diagram portrays the control flow from a start point to a finish point showing the
various decision paths that exist while the activity is being executed. They illustrate what happens in
workflow, what activities can be done in parallel and whether there are alternative paths through the
workflow.

KEY:-
R – Resources in our project the resource is the number of individuals who are
performing any activity.
C – Cost to perform any activity in our project and we defined all cost in terms of
Thousands which were used for our project.
Gantt Chart:
A Gantt chart is a project management tool assisting in the planning and scheduling
of projects of all sizes, although they are particularly useful for simplifying complex projects. It is a type
of bar chart that illustrates a project schedule, named after its popularizer, Henry Gantt, who designed
such a chart around the years 1910–1915.
Advantages:
A Gantt chart gives managers and workers a high-level overview of the project tasks
they must complete, along with a timetable to finish their work. The chart helps you monitor the project's
progress by showing how tasks relate to each other.
A Gantt chart is visually appealing and easy to understand. It provides critical information about
tasks at a glance, including the order in which they begin and their duration.
It Improves Efficiency and Helps Manage Resources:
