"Everyone has a time, and every time has a person.

" In this life nothing is eternal, neither am I as a living

creature, therefore there is at least something I want to leave behind before that day comes, and that is
a good impact on others. Seeing the opportunities opened by the ASEAN Youth Organization (AYO) to
process together, I felt called to participate and contribute and learn here.

I Gusti Agung Gede Aditya Utama "Gungde" how my friend usually call me, is currently still
studying at Udayana University, and has the opportunity to take part in the Merdeka Belajar program at
the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, apart from that I am also actively
participating in activities Volunteering started through events as a medium, from national to
international level, and I also actively participated in communities empowering the younger generation
in Indonesia. As I mentioned in the first paragraph, I believe that the real eternity in this short journey is
the impact we leave behind, therefore previously I actively participated in various activities that were
relevant to empowering and impacting others, and of course myself too. Seeing that the ASEAN Youth
Organization (AYO) has various programs that can facilitate this, I want to be able to learn, grow to be
better, to be able to have an even more massive impact, not only nationally, but also internationally
through the Impact Team Officer position.

I believe that with my skills and experience so far, I will be able to become one of the driving
forces in making the vision and mission of the ASEAN Youth Organization (AYO) a success in every activity
that Empower Youth, Engage, & Educate Communities to implement ideas that enable Positive
Sustainable Change. Previously, I actively participated in developing comprehensive abilities in terms of
understanding and also practical abilities in initiating and executing empowering activities through
various forms of events in the Kejar Mimpi Bali Community, which focused on equipping and
empowering the young generation in Bali Province, Indonesia. At the same time, understanding that
currently sustainability is the main key in optimizing it, I also decided to process and make an impact
through the Non-Governmental Organization Satupadu Indonesia which focuses on volunteering
activities that are relevant to the issue of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Apart from that, I also
realize that mental health currently is one of the impartant issues, that’s my I have initiate my own
community namely BahagiakanKamu! Indonesia that focusing in mental heath. In the same line, I realize
that education is the basis for the formation of strong character and also superior human resources to be
empowered, therefore I am also active in the process and impact in the field of education through the
SejutaCita Indonesia Foundation, which focuses on education, achievement, and networking to inspire
each other, and I also joined selected internship students at the Bureau of Collaboration and Public
Relations, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, because I wanted to learn and
be directly involved in improving the quality of education in Indonesia exponentially through
collaborations. which is woven by each partner in the process.

Based on these experiences, that have accumulated into self-skills that are relevant to my desire
to be able to continue to fill myself and grow exponentially, then provide a sustainable good impact on
others through the various scopes that I can achieve. With the ability to adapt and learn quickly, as well
as honed organizing skills, and also networking skills that will continue to develop and being able to
collaborate to build synergy cooperatively, I believe I can have a significant impact during the process of
being part of the ASEAN Youth Organization (AYO).
