Capabilities Gas purity vol% > 99.9
The setup of the multiphase test facility is such that testing of separation
equipment and multiphase flow meters can be performed with realistic fluids at Water purity vol% > 99.9
reproducible conditions and can operate with different fluid combinations:
■ Gas > Natural gas, nitrogen, argon, SF6 Oil purity vol% > 99.9
■ Oil > Reined oil: (EXXSOL D60/D120 (790-825 kg/m3, 1-5 cP)
Connection diameter inch 2 – 12
■ Water > Fresh water, salt water (salinity <40gr/l)
All presented parameters depend on operating conditions.

CO2 test and calibration (new build) – Liquid phase
Setup CO2 liquid calibration facility in cooperation with Joint Industry Project team:
• Traceability through master meter concept
• Flow rates and temperature more fit-for-purpose for the cases
• Although cases at low pressure, design pressure should readily be ~80 bar
• Focus on low liquid CO2 volumes (reducing HSE risks)

Current Flow testing & calibration capabilities
• Zero Flow testing of metering technologies in a wide range of
gas compositions and pressures
• CO2-rich gases with trace components
• Pure hydrogen and hydrogen mixtures

• Analysing the meter response/health, logging meter diagnostics

(speed of sound, SNR, gain, density, etc.), verification by means
of theoretical calculations
• Allows for quick check on meter functionality as a pre-test for
flow performance assessment
