e. For all brick masonry the foundation beam, if use conventional cement mortar, up to
a height of 30 cm above the floor use a mixture of 1 pc: 3 sand. If there are 2 rooms
with different height, the mortar watertight must be installed up to + 30 cm above
the highest floor. For watertight parts (bathrooms and toilets) use mortar with a mixture
of 1 pc: 3 sand is continued up to a height of 2 m from the floor.
f. The installation of the masonry bricks in one day is not more than 1 m high and the
installation must be straight with the thickness according to the drawing.
g. All masonry wall to be plastered must be clean of dirt and doused with water. Plaster
thickness is a minimum of 10 mm and must always be moistened during the drying
process.
All pairs of walls in the shaft must be fined.
h. For non-exposed walls of ceilings, the height of the plaster must be + 20cm above
ceiling.
i. The end of a joint of 2 or more sides, the wall must be given a practical column.
j. Type of the mortar plaster instant cement: Using instant cement Mortar Main type 302
with a thickness of 10 mm.
k. Typical type conventional plaster cement:
1 pc: 3 sand for the plastering the watertight brick wall according to article 3.5,
concrete plastering, ceramic wall plastering, ornamental stone pairs and threads.
1 pc: 5 sand for plastering the other wall.

12.3 MATERIAL

12.4 IMPLEMENTATION
12.4.1 Preparation
1. Clean and prepare the surface for waterproofing applications according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
2. Fill holes, cracks and cracked areas with Mortar mortar repair.
12.4.2 Application
1. Use products that use the skill personnel according to the manufacturer's printed
instructions. Use recommended techniques, procedures and equipment.
2. High waterproofing installed in wet areas (concrete roof slab / toilet floor) rises at
least 15cm from the floor finish level.
