e. For all brick masonry the foundation beam, if use conventional cement mortar, up to
a height of 30 cm above the floor use a mixture of 1 pc: 3 sand. If there are 2 rooms
with different height, the mortar watertight must be installed up to + 30 cm above
the highest floor. For watertight parts (bathrooms and toilets) use mortar with a mixture
of 1 pc: 3 sand is continued up to a height of 2 m from the floor.
f. The installation of the masonry bricks in one day is not more than 1 m high and the
installation must be straight with the thickness according to the drawing.
g. All masonry wall to be plastered must be clean of dirt and doused with water. Plaster
thickness is a minimum of 10 mm and must always be moistened during the drying
process.
All pairs of walls in the shaft must be fined.
h. For non-exposed walls of ceilings, the height of the plaster must be + 20cm above
ceiling.
i. The end of a joint of 2 or more sides, the wall must be given a practical column.
j. Type of the mortar plaster instant cement: Using instant cement Mortar Main type 302
with a thickness of 10 mm.
k. Typical type conventional plaster cement:
 1 pc: 3 sand for the plastering the watertight brick wall according to article 3.5,
concrete plastering, ceramic wall plastering, ornamental stone pairs and threads.
 1 pc: 5 sand for plastering the other wall.

11.4 PLASTERING WALL TOLERANCE LIMITS

a. Wall slope --> 6mm / 3m, l = 0.2% against h
b. Vertical lining --> 6mm / 6m, l = 0.1% against h
c. Horizontal lining --> 6mm / 3m, l = 0.2% against h
d. Flatness of walls --> 3mm / 3m
e. Cracks (specifically meeting other materials) --> max.1mm.
f. Cracks with other materials --> 0mm
g. Moisture content --> max. 22%

12. WATERPROOFING WORK

12.1 GENERAL
Included in this work is the supply of labour, materials and other auxiliary equipment
including transportation needed to complete this work in accordance with those stated in the

drawing, fulfilling the description of the conditions below and meeting the specifications of
the factory concerned.

12.2 REGULATION REQUIREMENTS

12.2.1 Reference
1. ASTM C 836-81 Adhesion Strength (Adhesion Strength)

3. ASTM D 624-78 Resistance to tear (Tear Resistance).
12.2.2 Submission
1. Production Data
Submit technical literature from the factory
2. Factory Instructions
Submit technical data / instructions from the factory include the information for
consumption & mix.
3. Qualification data
Submit a qualification that explains the length of experience including projects that
have used similar products.
4. Warranty
Submit a factory warranty and applicator.
12.2.3 Applicator Qualification
1. Companies that specifically handle the application of waterproofing coating
systems.
2. Experience that has been generally recognized at least 10 years.
12.2.4 Conditions in the Project / Field
It is not justified to try to install a waterproofing mixture where there is a strong flow of
water without regard to special prevention from the factory and preparation for clogging
the flow.
A. Warranty
1. Guaranteed materials and products free of damage for 10 years are calculated
from the time of complete completion of the project.
2. Guaranteed system installed free of charge and damage in the implementation
of 10 years of complete completion of the project.

12.3 MATERIAL
1. Integrated Water Proofing Concrete (Sika Viscocrete - 3115 N).

2. Waterproofing inside the pit---> Sikagard 720 Epocem - thickness 1mm +

Sikagard 63N - thickness 300 microns.

12.4 IMPLEMENTATION
12.4.1 Preparation
1. Clean and prepare the surface for waterproofing applications according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
2. Fill holes, cracks and cracked areas with Mortar mortar repair.
12.4.2 Application
1. Use products that use the skill personnel according to the manufacturer's printed
instructions. Use recommended techniques, procedures and equipment.
2. High waterproofing installed in wet areas (concrete roof slab / toilet floor) rises at
least 15cm from the floor finish level.

13. METAL ROOFING & CLADDING WORK

13.1 GENERAL
a. This work includes the procurement of materials, installation and tools related to the
work mentioned above.
b. Roof & wall cladding material from zincalume metal sheet.
c. For roofs that are> 12 meters, the installation system has a roll-on site system.
d. For flashing using zincalume thick plate 0.40 (bmt) / thickness 0.44 (tct) width of 60cm.
e. Fascia & wall cladding use zincalume 0.40 (bmt) / thickness 0.44 (tct) thickened.
f. Horizontal gutters use FRP (fibre reinforcement polymer) with thickness 3mm,
natural grey colour .
g. The translucent roof uses cool 2mm thick.

13.2 IMPLEMENTATION OF ROOFING & CLADDING

a. Before starting the roof installation work, CONTRACTOR must submit a proposal of
working method.
b. Installation of roof cover must be neat, strong enough, without connection and not
leaky. The installation pattern matches the detailed drawing and procedure
requirements.
c. Equipment and installation requirements must match the plan drawing and installation
of bolts / screws must be equipped with rubber / sponge underneath. Installation of
drilling screw using a drilling machine.
