 ABOUT US - TEAM INSITE
We are the admission coordinators of IIM Kashipur. Team Insite
assumes the crucial role of being the initial point of contact for
prospective students who are gearing up to join the vibrant
community at IIM Kashipur. Our commitment goes beyond merely
assisting with the intricacies of the admission process; we strive to
offer comprehensive support by addressing inquiries related to the
institution itself and the diverse array of courses it offers.
Our engagement with prospective students begins long before they
step foot on the IIM Kashipur campus. From the moment the CAT
exam notification is released, we take the initiative to provide
valuable tips and tricks to candidates preparing for this crucial
examination. Post the release of results, we extend our support by
reaching out to all interview candidates, equipping them with a
comprehensive PI Kit to facilitate early preparation.
At the heart of our outreach efforts are dynamic social media
campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
YouTube, Telegram, Quora, Pagalguy, and more. Through these
initiatives, we guide aspirants from CAT preparation to interview
readiness, ensuring that they are well-equipped for the challenging
journey ahead.
One of our flagship events, the City Meets, stands as a testament to
our commitment to reach and assist as many prospective students as
possible. During these meets, Insite members travel to different
cities, connecting with MBA aspirants. Here, aspirants gain valuable
insights into the "Why MBA" perspective, receive expert interview tips,
and delve into the dynamic life at IIM Kashipur. The "Ask Me
Anything" event promises to address all MBA-related queries,
fostering a supportive environment for aspirants.
As the admission offers are rolled out, Team Insite becomes the
primary point of contact for the incoming students. We guide them
through every step, from form filling to the initial days on campus.
Our support extends to onboarding and orientation, ensuring that
students acclimatize themselves with the environment and the unique
culture of IIM Kashipur from the very beginning. Through our
continuous efforts, we aim to make the transition into the IIM
Kashipur community seamless and enriching for every student.

campus just 25 kms from Jim
Corbett National Park. More than
just a conducive backdrop for

Life at IIM Kashipur Connectivity to the
Campus
The institute is well-connected
through various modes of
transportation, making it accessible
for students, faculty, and visitors. The
closest airports are in Delhi and
Pantnagar, and the journey from
Delhi to the campus typically takes
approximately 4 hours.
IIM Kashipur, often called the "IIM in
the North," beckons individuals with
the embrace of nature, setting the
stage for a transformative journey.
As you embark on this journey from
day one, you can feel the brimming
hope and endurance imbibing in your
life.
Our campus has all the facilities that
cater to every student's needs. This will
be your abode throughout your MBA
journey, and each wall or corner of this
place will tell you a story. The corridors
of this place will open doors to your
success. This place is everything you
expect an IIM to be, both glorious and
expansive.
INFRASTRUCTURE:

The academic block has air-conditioned

classrooms with projectors and other amenities.
The college has two amphitheaters on campus
where all the events occur. There is an ease of
living for the students as all the hostel blocks are
equipped with necessities like a washing
machine, refrigerator, oven, etc. There are cycles
available for students within the campus for
easy commute.

The college infrastructure is one of the main

points of focus for students, and our campus
stands in high regard concerning the facilities
that it provides. From a basketball ground to the
gymnasium, students can be seen taking
advantage of every infrastructure facility the
college offers.
LIBRARY BUILDING:
The library at IIM Kashipur is in a spacious
building and hosts a collection of 9,449 printed
books focused on management and allied
subjects.
The library is a hybrid facility, incorporating
state-of-the-art technological applications to
enhance services. Offering a range of resources,
including printed and electronic materials,
CDs/DVDs, e-journals, and more, the library plays
a crucial role in supporting the academic
community's intellectual pursuits.

MESS:
We have a two-storey mess near the hostel block
where breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are served.
Our days start with a nutritious morning breakfast in
the mess, followed by early morning classes. An
example of a sample Menu is shown, these menus
are specially curated monthly by the Mess
Committee.

SPECIAL DINNERS:
At IIM Kashipur, pioneering a student-run,
not-for-profit mess model, we ensure
comprehensive nutritional care for over
1000 people, including students, faculty,
and administrative staff.
The culinary offerings extend to regional
specialties, theme-based nights like Italian
Nights, and state-based delicacies.
Notably, the mess caters to specific dietary
needs, providing sick food as required.
At times, our Mess at IIM Kashipur goes beyond the
conventional dining experience by hosting special
dinners with customized menus for festivals such as
Onam, Diwali, Eid, Christmas, and many more.
Additionally, during Shravan, a special menu is
curated for fasting students.
Upholding stringent quality controls and maintaining
hygiene standards, we strike a balance between
diverse culinary tastes and cost efficiency, minimizing
waste and maximizing satisfaction.
 SPORTS FACILITIES:

One can de-stress by engaging in outdoor

or indoor sporting activities. We have Table
Tennis, Basketball, Lawn Tennis and other
sports facilities on the campus.

AGNITRAYA:

The flagship event of IIM Kashipur held over 3 days,

features dynamic cultural, sports, and engaging
management events that attract participation from
other leading B-Schools.
CULTURAL ACTIVITIES:
The cultural events observed
cover most of the festivals
celebrated in India, thus ensuring
cultural diversity and inclusivity.
The cultural committee organizes
various festival celebrations that
light up the campus with vigor
and positivity.
If you are an athletic person, then
be ready for unique sports events
where you can showcase your
grit, and if you want to showcase
your other skills such as dancing,
singing, etc then also we have
various events such as:
SPORTS ACTIVITIES:
The first event organized by the
Sports Committee and Cultural
Committee is Prarambh wherein
the students from both the senior
and junior batch confront each
other across various sports and
cultural events such as music,
dance, open mic, and a fashion
show.
Then we have Sangram also
known as Sectional Wars, which
showcases a spirited competition
among the sections of 11M
Kashipur. Serving as a platform to
break the ice between MBA 1 and
MBA 2, both batches unite
collectively to glorify their
respective sections.
Our students are the ones who drive all the events to success
through designated Cells, Clubs, and Committees.

We have 7 Academic Clubs that vary from Consillium for consulting

to The Finance Club for finance and many others. These clubs
arrange a variety of events like guest lectures, case study
competitions, industry visits, and workshops. These initiatives offer
the students valuable opportunities to gain insights into best
practices, current trends, and challenges within the field, fostering a
rich learning experience.
Apart from Academic clubs we have Non–Academic Clubs too
which provide a platform for students to pursue their interests. Some
of them are:

Parwaaz- The Dramatics Club: With powerful performances held

throughout the year on significant occasions, the club sparks social
consciousness and nurtures a more equitable society. This club also
organized Nukkad Natak's in the locality of Kashipur.

Reverb- The Music Club nurtures musical talent and fosters

creativity.

Located at the foothills of the Himalayas, Expedition Club of IIM

Kashipur serves as the dedicated hub for the adventurous spirits at
IIM Kashipur, aiming to introduce the university community to the
expansiveness of mountains such as by organizing a trek to Chopta,
attracting numerous participants.
International Relations Committee
organizes student exchanges for both
long term and short-term programs
with partner universities in Greece,
France, Israel, Latvia, Peru, South
Korea, Sweden, Taiwan, Slovenia,
Spain, UK, USA, faculty exchanges, and
collaborative research projects.

Alumni Relations Committee manages an alumni network

of 2500+ individuals, keeping alumni updated on college
happenings and developments. They also host events such
as Homecoming and Reunions to keep alumni engaged and
connected.

Experiential Learning Cell provides the opportunity to get

hands-on experience with business problems and gives the
students a chance to apply their knowledge learnt in the first
year to tackle organizations’ various problems, and helping
young rural companies to scale up. The program is divided
into three domains -

The college has umbrella placements for both MBA and MBA
Analytics students. Companies from different sectors visit the
college to hire students during the Placement Process.
The audited Placement Report of 2022-23 reflects a remarkable
achievement with a 100% placement rate. Noteworthy salary
packages include the highest at 37 LPA, an impressive average of
18.1 LPA, and a median package of 17.2 LPA.

We regularly have Guest Sessions and
Workshops covering a range of topics,

had a G20 University Connect that
emphasized the role of India in the G20

knowledge. One such opportunity to visit a local
textile mill for a microeconomics project is
shown.

utilize these two years of MBA to your full
