Experience :
Global Mental Health Association has been founded by Mansi Dholakia, aims to
achieve remarkable innovation in mental health domain. GMHA has proudly
addressed more than 60000 students across the country during the pandemic to spread
awareness around Emotional Intelligence, through our EI workshops. We are also
working on liaising with the government bodies to bring an innovative approach in
education sector by introducing mental health advisory courses to students. Being a
United Nations speaker, Mansi Dholakia is also committed to spreading awareness
about the SDGs in the society. We have already implemented and done actionable
work with GMHA by implementing 11 SDGs out of the 17 within the company itself.

Ghana : Women empowerment initiative
United Kingdom : Youth Empowerment Initiatives towards mental well-being.
Nigeria : Youth Empowerment Initiatives. Policy making and regional planning.
Dubai : Youth Empowerment Initiatives through education.
Canada. : Youth empowerment through promoting entrepreneurship.
India : Youth Empowerment and Women empowerment Initiatives.
❖ Proactively engaged with patient care and giving advice on minor ailments.
❖ Mental health awareness campaigner
❖ Awarded the Queen Elizabeth’s award for contribution in the Stop Smoking
campaign for organizing training and workshop awareness and successfully
helping a record number of more than 500 patients to stop smoking in limited
time.
❖ Interacted and provided counseling to patients suffering from Anxiety and
Depression.
❖ Effectively communicated in variety of ways, both verbally and on paper with
prescribers to optimize patient's treatment. Worked with GPs to create Integrated
healthcare model.
❖ Experiencing pharmacists involvement in outpatient clinics of Mental Health.
❖ Designed and effectively launched a self designed protocol on Pharmacist led
stop smoking campaign. Worked on Mental Health issues of smokers and helped
people break the mental chain.
❖ Gained experience on how to develop a research protocol, write research ethics,
choose appropriate study, design and methodology.
❖ Recieved “The Queen Elizabeth's award” for raising Mental Health Awareness
Campaign and helping the health care community.
