. Supervise activities of the fishing operations

 Conduct toolbox talk before start each operation

 Implementing permit to work system at wellsite .

 Running operations according to standard HSE, Heath, Safety and environmental policy,

 Ensure Drilling procedures are followed as planned and conducted in an optimum manner
 Follow up the drilling progress to ensure job performance, quality, safety and cost
 Issue written instructions to driller for each tour based on well program highlighting

 Carry out all the roles and responsibilities of the drilling supervisor during night shift
 Ensure drilling procedures are followed as planned and conducted in an optimum manner
 Follow up the drilling progress to ensure job performance ,quality, safety and cost
 Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with safety and environmental standards
 Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the rig site
 Coordinate operations with drilling contractor, service segments and third parties to ensure
compliance with work programs, procedures and requirements
 Issue written instructions to Driller for each tour based on well program highlighting potential risks
such as stuck pipe, losses and kicks
 Prepare detailed procedures for specific well operations ( Running Casing, cementing, logging)
 Perform wellsite calculations for well control and stuck pipe event preparedness( leak off Test, BOP
Tests, Killsheet, shut in procedure, maximum overpull)
 Ensure materials, materials, equipment and personnel are onsite in a timely manner to avoid
disruption of the operation
 Responsible for checking equipment onsite to ensure readiness
 Manage proper inventory of consumable drilling materials such as cement, barite, Bits, casing
 Participate in pre-job safety meetings to ensure good communications

Materials and Minerals(U.R.G.A.M.M) (Apr 2015- Aug 2015) :
o Well log interpretation and correlation of Fortuna Formation, Ketatna Formation, Salammbo
Formation and Ain Grab Formation by using the different logging tools (Gamma Ray,
Resistivity, Density, Sonic, Water Saturation) in oil wells im Cap Bon and Gulf of Hammamet
regions
o Estimate and identify the oil and water in place by using the interactive petrophysics software
 Training with shlumberger-sfax-Tunisia (Sep 2013):
o During this training I have learnt about the maintenance and checking of the different types
of logging tools (Gamma Ray, Resistivity, Density, Sonic, Water Saturation) in the base before
start the acquisition in the well site
