I. Introduction:
Project WATCH was implemented at San Roque Elementary School
with the aim of instilling the values of time consciousness and honesty among
students, teachers, and the school community, focusing on various activities
and initiatives to promote a culture of punctuality and integrity within the
school.

II. Objectives:
The main objectives of Project WATCH were as follows:

a. Cultivate a sense of time consciousness among students and staff, emphasizing the
importance of punctuality in all school-related activities.
b. Foster an environment of honesty and integrity, encouraging students to practice
ethical behavior in their studies and daily interactions.
c. Create awareness about the impact of being time-conscious and honest on personal
growth and the overall development of the school community.

III. Highlights and Accomplishments:

A. Punctuality Campaign:
A school-wide punctuality campaign was launched at the beginning of the project.
Posters and banners were displayed throughout the campus, reminding everyone of the
significance of being on time. Additionally, morning assemblies during flag ceremony
were utilized to deliver short talks on the value of punctuality and how it positively
affects one's responsibilities.

B. Integration of Project WATCH in the Classroom:

To address the aspect of honesty, integration of Project WATCH was
conducted for students to engage them in discussions about the importance of
honesty in their academic and personal lives. Real-life scenarios were presented,
and students were encouraged to share their experiences and thoughts on
honesty.

C. Recognition for Exemplary Behavior:

A system of recognition was put in place to acknowledge students who
consistently exhibited punctuality and honesty. Certificates of recognition
were awarded during quarterly assemblies, to students and parents further
motivating them to practice these values.

IV. Findings:
Increased Punctuality: The project's implementation led to a noticeable
improvement in the overall punctuality of students and staff. Tardiness decreased
significantly, leading to a smoother start to each school day and reduced disruptions
during classes.
Improved Academic Integrity: The honesty workshops contributed to a heightened
sense of academic integrity among students, resulting in a decrease in instances of cheating
and plagiarism.

V. Recommendations:
Integrate Technology: Explore the use of technology to streamline the time-tracking
initiative and facilitate reporting and monitoring of punctuality and honesty records. This
could include using mobile apps or digital platforms to make it more accessible and
convenient for students.

In conclusion, Project WATCH has made significant strides in

promoting time consciousness and honesty at San Roque Elementary School.
The various initiatives have had a positive impact on students' behavior and
overall school culture. By building upon these accomplishments and
implementing the recommended measures, the school can continue to nurture a
community that values punctuality and integrity, paving the way for a more
responsible and honest generation.
